POSH Policy
As part of our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all, we are pleased to introduce the Policy on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace for Voice of Street Music Education and Learning Foundation.
This policy has been drafted in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and reflects our zero-tolerance stance against any form of sexual harassment, ensuring that all individuals—regardless of gender—feel safe and supported in our ecosystem.
